These terms explain, in plain language, how the WTS CV service works. By creating an account or ordering a CV, you agree to them.

What we do

WTS CV helps you create a professional CV: a free self-service CV builder, and paid packages where our team writes, reviews and delivers your CV. Package contents, prices and revision counts are shown on the pricing page at the time you order.

Your information

• You are responsible for the truth of the information you give us. We present your experience professionally, but we never invent experience, certificates or documents — and you must not ask us to.
• Do not upload illegal content, other people's private information, or documents you have no right to use.

What we do not promise

• A CV improves your presentation — but we cannot and do not guarantee a job, a visa, or an interview. Hiring decisions belong to employers and agencies.
• Delivery times shown on packages are targets. If your information is incomplete, delivery may take longer — we will tell you.

Revisions and delivery

Paid packages include the number of revisions shown on the package. Revisions cover corrections and reasonable adjustments to the same CV — not a completely new order. Your final CV is delivered as a PDF download link and stays available in your account.

Accounts

Keep your password safe. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or upload prohibited content.

Liability

We provide the service with care, but to the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
