Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information WTS CV (a service of Way To Success) collects and how we use it. We keep it simple so every customer can understand it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), password (stored encrypted) and preferred language.
• CV and profile information: your work history, education, skills, target job and country, and anything else you enter in CV Studio or share with our team so we can prepare your CV.
• Documents and photos: a profile photo and any documents you provide for your CV.
• Messages: if you contact us (for example on WhatsApp or email), we keep the conversation so we can help you. Voice notes you send us may be listened to by our staff to understand your details.
• Order details: your package, order status and payment status.

Why we use it

• To create, improve and deliver your CV — this is the whole purpose of the service.
• To contact you about your order and answer your questions.
• To keep records of orders and payments.

Who can see your information

• Our staff — customer care, CV writers and quality checkers — see your details only to work on your CV and order.
• We use trusted service providers to run the service (for example website hosting, email delivery, and encrypted backups). They process data only for us.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms. We may use WhatsApp Business tools to manage conversations.
• We do not sell your CV or personal data to anyone. We do not share your CV with employers or agencies unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, CV versions and order history so you can come back, re-download and update your CV later. If you want your account or data deleted, contact us and we will remove it from the live system. Encrypted backups are kept for a limited period for safety and then expire automatically.

Security

Your files are stored privately (not on public links), access is limited by staff role, and backups are encrypted. No online system can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your data seriously.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the contact page and we will respond.
