Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your CV. This page explains, in plain language, how refunds work for paid packages. The free CV involves no payment, so no refund applies.

Before work starts

If you paid but our team has not started working on your CV yet, ask us and we will refund your payment.

After delivery

• First, use your included revisions — most concerns are fixed quickly with a revision.
• If we made a clear mistake and cannot fix it within your revisions, tell us — we will make it right, which may include a partial or full refund decided case by case.
• We cannot refund because an employer or agency rejected an application — hiring decisions are outside our control.

How to ask

Send us your order number and the reason through the contact page. We review every request personally and reply as quickly as we can. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, where possible.
